The eight we are asked most. Anything else, the telephone is quickest.
How does the contract work?
You get in touch and we arrange a viewing if you would like one. We answer your questions and then send you a tenancy agreement. At the agreed time we hand over the garage key and a small green chip for the site gate.
What is included in the rent?
All running costs: grounds maintenance, servicing of the camera system and the gates, and electricity up to 50 kW a year. Above 50 kW, each additional kW is charged once a year at €0.35 plus 19% VAT. The current rents are in the table above.
How is payment made?
Monthly by direct debit.
Is there a minimum term?
Six months. After that you can cancel at any time, giving one month’s notice.
Is a deposit required?
No. There is no deposit when the agreement is signed.
What may not be stored in the garage?
Storing fuel, oil and other flammable liquids or chemicals in the garage or storage unit is expressly forbidden.
May I work in the garage, or spend time in it?
No. The unit may be used for storage only. Using it as a workshop or hobby room, and any structural alteration, are not permitted.
Where do I get help?
The Garagenpark is on the dealership site, so during business hours you can speak to someone directly — call, or come and find us in the dealership.
